Step into The Cook School for an extraordinary culinary adventure led by some of the world’s most celebrated chefs. This is far more than a 30-minute cooking lesson—it’s an immersive experience where you craft mouthwatering dishes with a sustainable twist.

Each session celebrates flavour with a conscience. From reducing food waste to the art of fermentation or showcasing whole-vegetable cookery, every class highlights creative ways to cook with impact.

With just 20 places per session, guests enjoy an intimate environment where chefs share personal tips and insider techniques. You’ll not only perfect your dish but also savour it at the end of the class.

Past masters of the kitchen have included Jason Atherton, Sabrina Ghayour, and Neil Rankin, ensuring each session is as inspiring as it is delicious.

The BBQ Masterclass – Fire, Flavour and Flair

Hospitality guests can step up to the grill and showcase their skills in the BBQ Masterclass. With their very own asado grill, guests learn expert tips and techniques from a line-up of leading culinary stars.

Over the course of a 30-minute interactive session, you’ll create and taste classic flame-grilled dishes while discovering the secrets of perfect barbecue cookery. This is more than a class—it’s a sensory adventure that takes your culinary experience to the next level. To complete the experience, guests will not only enjoy their freshly prepared dish but also take it away as a delicious reminder of their BBQ journey.
