When the show ends, continue the night with late-night access to an exclusive house DJ set and dancing in Riverside Social.

Riverside Social offers an exclusive VIP seating area where guests can enjoy the festival in comfort and style. Relax with friends, soak up the atmosphere, and enjoy drinks alongside an early evening DJ set before the Floating Stage Concert. After the performance, return to your private area and continue the celebration with late-night dancing. Choose between an indoor lounge space or a garden area for a memorable riverside experience.

The Pontoon is a striking two-storey private entertaining space floating on the River Thames, offering unparalleled views of the river and Festival site. Available as the Upper Pontoon, Lower Pontoon, or both decks combined, it provides an exclusive setting for corporate hospitality or private celebrations. Each level features its own private bar and can be tailored with branding and bespoke touches to suit your event.

Guests can enjoy a Champagne reception with canapés or a seated three-course meal before the Floating Stage Concert, then return for post-concert drinks in complete privacy.

• Pricing based on 50 guests; quotes available for 30–49 guests

• Guests may return to The Pontoon for post-concert drinks
• Due to the structure, the Upper Pontoon is not suitable for wheelchair users

The Tipis offer a centrally located and beautifully styled private entertaining space, perfect for corporate hospitality, staff parties, or special celebrations. Available for exclusive hire, this unique venue accommodates up to 100 guests and features a private bar along with flexible dining options.

The space can be tailored with branding and personal touches to create a truly bespoke event. Guests can enjoy a Champagne reception with canapés, a seated meal or relaxed bowl food options, then return after the Floating Stage Concert for post-concert drinks.
