The Riverside Restaurant offers exceptional fine dining in a relaxed, elegant setting with beautiful views of the River Thames. Guests enjoy a Champagne reception, a three-course meal, and premium Grandstand A seats for the Floating Stage Concert. After the show, the evening continues with drinks, dancing, and entertainment from the resident DJ—all part of the Riverside Restaurant hospitality package.

The Pontoon is a stunning two-storey private venue floating on the River Thames, offering unrivalled views of the Henley Festival and the river. Available for exclusive hire, it accommodates up to 50 guests per level—or up to 100 when both decks are combined—making it perfect for private celebrations or corporate events. Guests can enjoy a Champagne reception with canapés or a three-course seated meal before heading to their premium Grandstand A seats for the Floating Stage Concert.

After the show, they return to The Pontoon for post-concert drinks in a beautifully tailored setting complete with private bars and optional branding.

Pricing for between 30 and 49 guests can be quoted for.

Please note that due to the unique structures Henley Festival inherits The Upper Pontoon is not suitable for wheelchair users.

The Tipis offer a centrally located, private entertaining space perfect for staff parties, casual corporate events, or special celebrations like birthdays and anniversaries. Available for exclusive hire, they can accommodate up to 100 guests and feature a private bar along with flexible dining options.

Each space can be customised with company branding and personal touches to create a truly unique event. Choose from three hospitality packages—Gold, Silver, or Bronze—offering everything from three-course meals and unlimited drinks to canapés and general admission access. After the Floating Stage Concert, guests can return to the Tipis to continue the evening with post-concert drinks in a relaxed, stylish setting.

The Tipis are also available for a hire charge with the purchase of tickets.
