No number is too few for a reservation within our riverside restaurant where private tables are guaranteed for a minimum of 2 guests.

Private Chalets

These are available on Tuesday, Wednesday

and Sunday for 30, 70 or 100+ guests.

River Cruise

Reserving hospitality you have the option to include river cruise along the Regatta course, with Pimms, Bucks Fizz and soft drinks served during the cruise for approximately one an a half hours.

• 12.30 – 2.00pm Lunch commences from 12.30 at your leisure.
• 4:00pm Onwards Afternoon tea at your leisure
• 6:00pm Bar closes
• 6:30pm Guests depart, having had a fabulous hospitality experience at the Henley Royal Regatta

The marquees also have plasma screens, providing a silent window to watch the tennis and rowing. Our top chefs have been selected to provide a carefully thought out menu including a canapé reception to enjoy with your Champagne on arrival.

The exquisite four course luncheon last year was very favourably received by guests and our chefs will again be striving to achieve a high standard and produce food that everyone can enjoy throughout the day.

The location of our marquees, opposite Temple Island, has two main benefits. Firstly, it is on the racing and Stewards’ Enclosure side of the river. The Island creates a narrow section of water so you are very close to the action to admire the amazing physique of the rowers as they give everything as they pass by The Riverside Enclosure garden areas.

Your own exclusive area situated right on the Berkshire bank of the racecourse.

The Pavilion Enclosure provides a perfect opportunity for you, friends, family, staff and clients to experience the atmosphere of the most prestigious event in the British rowing calendar.

You are able to eat, drink, entertain and relax in the comfort of your own exclusive area, complete with private Pavilion marquee in case the Great British Summer doesn’t hold up. Your private lawn area overlooks the race course and comes with seating for your group.

Choose from a Private Pavilion or Deluxe Private Pavilion

• Private Pavilions are available for 1-10 guests, 10-20 guests, 20-50 guests or 50-75 guests.
• Deluxe Private Pavilions come with added luxury extras and are available for 10-20 guests, 20-50 guests or 50-75 guests.

Food & Drink

Why not impress your guests with a wonderful buffet or simply have an intimate picnic and enjoy watching the Regatta the traditional way, picnicking on the riverbank.

For a stress–free day you can order a delicious buffet, drinks package and even staff to help serve from our amazing event caterers, . Alternatively you are able to bring your own food and drinks, but please be aware that you may not use an outside caterer under any circumstances.

Parking Spaces

Each pavilion comes with parking directly behind for easy unloading. You will also be allocated extra parking in our Car Park for your guests.
